Following our firm belief that to achieve continuous improvement, you need to conduct regular training and build the competencies of our team, in November we organized training on the TWI (Training within industry) method at Philplast.

A total of 11 colleagues from all production areas of the organization participated in the training - extrusion-blow molded plastic articles, injection-molded plastic articles and molds.

Our goal was to encompass a significant number of our specialists that would increase their competence in preparing effective work instructions and transferring knowledge to their colleagues in real production.
