Early on in the company history, we understood the importance of an in-house tooling department. From basic maintenance to speedy repairs, it became vital to have a team of experts to support our plastic processing plant while making sure no client is faced with critical delays. We produce and repair molds for our own plastic production as well as for the plastic production of our clients.

Our tooling engineers and designers have extensive experience in creating various blow moulds and injection moulds with the following characteristics:

• Extrusion blow moulds with volume of the articles up to 20 litres;
• Injection moulds with a maximum size of 546 mm X 896 mm and a maximum weight of 2,500 kg.

We also offer a complete set of services that help in the manufacturing maintenance of mould tools:

• Design, 3D model and a “Rapid Prototype”;
• Servicing and repairs.
